New Job Opportunity - Assistant to the National Compliance Manager
Leisuresec are looking to recruit an Assistant to the National Compliance Manager, based at the company’s head office in Warwickshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the National Compliance Manager, dealing with all administrative tasks and communicating with customers, staff and managers on a daily basis.
You will be required to work with the Compliance Manager and other staff to maintain Leisuresec’s quality processes and procedures, and ensure all paperwork is ready for the annual audits. Good command of the English language, customer service and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Previous experience or knowledge of the UK private security industry would be beneficial, but is not essential.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the National Compliance Manager
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Manage databases and filing systems
- Implement and maintaining procedures
- Maintain operational reports and records
- Analysis of KPI measures
- Assist with project management duties and ensure critical projects are completed to deadlines
- Ensure compliance for all audit requirements associated with our own quality processes
- Ensure the maintenance of a healthy, safe and secure environment and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation
- Ensure all customer queries / complaints are correctly recorded through the customer complaints procedure and reported to the National Compliance Manager
- Arrange and coordinate meetings
- Respond promptly to requests and queries
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings on an ad hoc basis (shorthand not required)
- Facilitate internal communication and liaise with staff at all levels.
- Other general administration duties as needed/requested

Other Information
Full time position
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (but we can be flexible for the right candidate)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
